Troubleshooting

Most problems come down to an API key, a provider limit or a missing SEO plugin.

Common issues

No supported SEO plugin detectedExisting-page repair needs a writable integration. Install and activate Yoast SEO, Rank Math, All in One SEO, SEOPress or The SEO Framework, then scan again.
Scan times outLower the existing-page scan batch size. Slower shared hosting needs smaller batches.
Suggestions or generation failCheck the active provider's key, billing, model access and remaining credit. Use the provider test button in Settings, and consider enabling a fallback provider.
A model isn't listedClick Refresh models. Some models need billing enabled or aren't available in your region.
Page was saved as a draft instead of publishingOpen the page's Pre-Publish Checklist. The gate held it for a score below 80, a blocking failure, or because the scrubber had to clean the output.
Content feels genericAdd real proof, service details, case studies, pricing, local signals and banned phrases, then regenerate as a draft.
Template colours don't changeConfirm the template still uses standard ca-* classes and doesn't override colours inline.
Scheduled campaigns run lateWP-Cron only fires on site visits. Add a server cron — see Campaigns.
A page is reported as an orphan but has linksLinks added through some page builders may not be visible to Link Audit.
"Licence" or plan feature not availableCheck Settings → Licence for status and site slots. See Licensing.

Getting logs

Enable Diagnostics → debug logging in Settings only when troubleshooting or when support asks. It reveals the Debug Log page with recent plugin and API errors. Turn it off again afterwards.
