SEO plugins, schema and indexing
Writrex writes the SEO layer for you: metadata into your SEO plugin, structured data into the page, and signals to search engines when content goes live.
Supported SEO plugins
Detection and syncing are automatic on every plan. If a supported plugin is active, Writrex fills it after each generation.

If no supported plugin is active, metadata is stored as standard post meta, and Existing Page SEO Repair needs a writable SEO plugin.
What gets generated
- SEO title built around your keyword and area
- Meta description — purpose-written, not cut from the body; validated for length and quality
- Focus keyphrase from keyword and area
- Structured data as described below
Structured data
Template pages output a single JSON-LD @graph:
- LocalBusiness (or a specific type you choose from 19) with name, address, area served, phone and image
- WebPage with dates, breadcrumb link and an "about" link to the business
- Service with area served and description
- Offer when a real starting price is known
- FAQPage when there are at least two complete FAQs
- BreadcrumbList — skipped if your SEO plugin already handles breadcrumbs
Blog posts get Article and FAQPage schema. WooCommerce products get Product schema. FAQ schema is skipped when a Yoast or Rank Math FAQ block is on the page, or when you turn it off. Review and rating schema is never generated because those values must come from real review data.
IndexNow Professional+
- Get a free key at indexnow.org.
- Paste it into Settings → SEO, Indexing & Search Console → IndexNow API key and save.
- When Writrex-generated content is published, its URL is sent to IndexNow so participating search engines can crawl it sooner.
An optional defer setting delays the ping instead of firing immediately. IndexNow sends only the page URL.
Google Search Console Professional+
Writrex connects with your own Google OAuth credentials and requests read-only access. It never writes to your Search Console account.
- In Google Cloud, create an OAuth Web application using the same Google account that has access to the site in Search Console.
- Enable the Search Console API.
- Add the redirect URI shown in Writrex Settings to the OAuth client.
- Paste the Client ID and Client Secret into Settings, set the property URL, and click Save Settings First then Connect Google.
Data syncs about every 12 hours (or via Refresh GSC Data) and feeds Rank Tracking, Analytics and Content Refresh. A Follow the steps guide in Settings walks you through it.
