Brand profiles and templates

Brand profiles capture who the business is. Templates capture how its pages look.

Brand profiles Starter+

Open Writrex → Brand Profiles. Profiles included: Starter 1, Professional 3, Agency 5, Agency Pro 10.

  1. Select or add a profile and enter a profile name — use the client's business name.
  2. Fill the fields below. Blank inheritable fields fall back to your site defaults.
  3. Save, then choose the profile in Pages Automator, Blog Automator or a campaign.
FieldWhat to enter
Business name, phone, contact URL, addressInherited from site defaults when blank
Writing language / localeUse the site default, one of six English variants, or "Other language"
Tone and preferred CTAVoice and the call-to-action wording
Services and differentiatorsWhat they do and what sets them apart
Proof pointsReal facts: years trading, accreditations, notable clients
Banned phrases and never-sayWords and claims the client would never use
Business schema typeA specific type such as Plumber or Dentist, or the site setting

Per-service pricing

Add one row per service: service, starting price, what it includes and notes. A fallback starting price applies when no row matches. Matching is fail-closed: if Writrex can't match a page's service to a row with confidence, it shows no price rather than a wrong one.

Case studies

Add real jobs: service, area, what was done and outcome. Writrex matches case studies to each page by service and area and omits them when nothing fits. Supplied outcomes count as supporting evidence for the unsupported-claim check.

Templates

Writrex → Template Manager controls the HTML layout used by template-mode pages. Page-builder compatibility is on every plan.

  • Use placeholders like {{HERO_TITLE}}, {{LONGFORM_BODY}} and {{FAQ1_Q}} so content lands in the right section.
  • Keep the standard ca-* classes so the Colour Customiser keeps working.
  • Upload an edited template, download a copy, preview it, and restore an earlier version from Version History.
  • Custom templates: Starter 3, Professional and above unlimited.

Template packs Starter+

Eight one-click starting points: Local Service Landing Page, Contractor / Trades, Medical / Dental, Legal / Professional Service, SaaS Feature, Location Page, Pillar Page and Blog Article Layout. Start from a pack, then edit for the client.

Section Manager Starter+

Drag sections to reorder them and toggle optional ones. The ten sections are Hero, Intro / Local Insight, Features / Benefits, Process, Includes List, Pricing / Quote Panel, Long-form SEO Content, Case Study Example, FAQ and Final CTA. Hero, Intro, Long-form and Final CTA are locked because they hold required placeholders.

AI template and section generators Starter+

Describe a layout in plain words to generate a placeholder-safe template, repair one that's missing placeholders, or generate a single new section to insert into the editor.

Template quality and mobile checks

Each template is scored for required placeholders, placeholder coverage, key system placeholders, ca-* class use, unsafe markup and inline styles, and structural sections. A separate mobile check flags fixed widths and heights, tables, absolute positioning, no-wrap text, missing image alt text and clipped overflow.

Page Content Editor

Template-mode pages show a Writrex — Page Content Editor meta box with every section's fields. Edit, save, and the rendered page updates without regenerating.

Colour Customiser

Writrex → Colour Customiser changes generated-page colours — hero, buttons, CTA band, cards, FAQ, tags, icons, pricing panel and case-study panel — without editing template code, with a live preview. Changes apply to future pages, and to any template that keeps the standard ca-* classes. Available on every plan.
