Legal # Terms of service The rules for using the Writrex website, plugin and licences. ## 1. Agreement Writrex is a product of **Brand Box Limited**, a company registered in the United Kingdom ("Brand Box", "we", "us"). By downloading or using the Writrex plugin, purchasing a licence or using writrex.com, you agree to these terms with Brand Box Limited. If you use Writrex for a business or client, you confirm you have authority to accept them. ## 2. The plugin and licences - The plugin code is released under the GNU General Public License v2 or later. - A paid licence key unlocks premium features, limits and update delivery for the plan you bought, for the licence period. - Each licence covers a set number of sites. Activation is tied to a site's domain, and a key may not be used on more sites than your plan allows. - Don't share, resell or publish licence keys. ## 3. Your API keys and costs Writrex needs your own accounts and API keys for the AI, image and search services you choose. You are responsible for those accounts, their fees, usage limits and terms. Writrex does not include provider credits and doesn't charge for or mark up provider usage. ## 4. Your content and its accuracy AI output can be wrong. You are responsible for reviewing everything before you publish it, including facts, prices, legal, medical and financial statements, and the suitability of images. Writrex is designed to reduce risk with quality checks, but it does not guarantee that content is accurate, original or compliant. ## 5. Acceptable use Don't use Writrex to produce unlawful, deceptive or infringing content, including fake reviews or testimonials, or to breach a provider's terms or search-engine guidelines. ## 6. No guarantee of results Search rankings, traffic and revenue depend on many factors outside our control. We don't promise any specific result. ## 7. Third-party services Writrex connects to third-party services at your direction. We aren't responsible for their availability, changes or terms. ## 8. Refunds Refunds are governed by our [refund policy](https://writrex.com/refund/): 14 days from purchase, and only for licences that have not been activated on any site. ## 9. Support and updates Free users can ask questions in the WordPress.org support forum. Every paid licence includes email support from Brand Box. We may update the plugin, including features, provider integrations and plan limits. ## 10. Suspension We may suspend or end a licence that is used in breach of these terms. ## 11. Warranty and liability The plugin and website are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, traffic or data, or for the actions of third-party services. ## 12.
